Working for one of our production partners we were asked to look after the video conference element in EMEA for a multisite video conference for Proctor and Gamble.

We supplied audio visual support and crew in Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Istanbul, London, Moscow, Paris and Rome. We had a very short lead time into this event with just over one week to perform all network tests and site visits.

All sites used the Cisco C90 CODEC which simplified the setup process by allowing control of the CODECs from London to ensure all the settings were the same across the event.

Our bridge operator did a magnificent job to keep us all running to schedule and every site got to see and hear the message and get involved in the conversation.
