Green Power Conferences came to us when they wanted to step-up the production value of one of their key events held at the RAI in Amsterdam. There were four main areas we looked after, the plenary auditorium, breakout streams, exhibition space and gala dinner.

Working closely with the Green Power team and the external design agency we agreed on the theming and branding designs and applied these throughout the venue.

The plenary room was a thousand seat auditorium in which we augmented the installed systems with additional sound, lighting and video equipment including cameras and projection. We also built the set on the existing stage. Eight breakout streams ran throughout the 4 day event where we provided sound systems, lighting, content management and technical support.

The exhibition space included a presentation area were the exhibitors could inform the delegates of their products. We also had plasma screens throughout the exhibition space running WBM TV which we shot throughout the event and edited on site for delivery each morning of the event.

The Gala Dinner was also held at the RAI, it was a casual affair for a gala dinner with a buffet set up rather than a traditional meal, the venue provided the catering and we used a local furniture supplier to provide the reclaimed wood furniture which was in keeping with the event theming, we also provided a sound system for the band and the lighting rig.
